Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
Advance Notice: For the best availability, please try to request trips with a 24 hour advanced notice; if your transportation needs are outside of Tucson-Phoenix area, we ask that you request your trip with a 72-hour notice.
* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from our office location in Coolidge, AZ 85128 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 40 miles from our office location in Coolidge, AZ 85128, a surcharge rate of $4.00 per mile applies for each mile over 40.
